EB Client Services Agent

Join our Krakow team and help us to deliver a trusted service to financial institutions around the world.   

As a part of our Transaction Processing Client Service team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients on their day-to-day enquiries, supporting a smooth and timely exchange of cash and securities on the secondary markets.

We are looking for someone who already has experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented type of role and is ready to take the next step in an international financial environment.

Role

• Manage enquiries across different communication channels and provide clear information about our services and processes.
• Resolve client issues by working closely with operations and specialist teams.
• Ensure clients remain informed and supported through the resolution process.
• Share client feedback and contribute ideas that improve service quality and client experience.

What you bring

• Experience on client service or customer support type of role.
• A client-focused mindset and genuine interest in building professional relationships.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through completion.
• An organized and reliable approach, with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English language.
• Resistance to stress and ability to deal with deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience in financial services is welcome, but not essential.
