New Product Development Project Manager

We are looking for a New Product Development Project Manager to join our ambitious team. At Prime Prometics, we are passionate about creating innovative, high-quality beauty products that enhance the lives of our customers. Our team is dedicated to excellence in every aspect of our operations, from initial concept to delivery to our customers' hands.

The Role

You'll report to our New Product Development Manager and run new launches on our product roadmap. She shares expectations and writes the briefs. You make them happen with manufacturers and our internal teams.

What you'll do

• Turn new product briefs into project plans with clear steps, owners, and deadlines in Asana.
• Manage manufacturers and packaging suppliers day-to-day: quotes, samples, lab submissions, and follow-ups.
• Keep every launch within the agreed COGS and flag cost changes early.
• Work with internal teams, ensuring alignment. 
• Review samples and give manufacturers clear feedback until the product is right, basing your feedback on internal and external testing. 
• Share weekly updates on progress, risks, and delays.

What we expect

• Experience in makeup or skincare product development 
• Alternatively, experience developing other physical products, plus a real passion for cosmetics and skincare.
• A proactive attitude: you act before being asked.
• The ability to run several projects at the same time.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong common sense and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with manufacturers in China, South Korea, the USA, and the EU.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of cosmetic formulas, packaging, and regulations.

What success looks like

• Every new product launch reaches set standards.
• New products launch on the agreed dates.
• Every launch stays within its target COGS.

Salary Range: GROSS EUR 2500 - 3300 (negotiable based on skills and experience)
