仕事内容

東日本地域の担当エリアにおいて、畜産動物用医薬品、飼料・飼料添加物等の取扱い製品の販売を最大化させるため、販売代理店を効果的にマネジメントすると共に、生産者、獣医師及びステークホルダーに対して直接の営業活動を展開する。

Primary responsibilities

• 販売目標達成：　販売最大化のための営業活動の遂行、障害・機会の明確化、販売実績トラッキング、営業管理ツール活用・営業経費適正使用
• 販売目標、販売戦略及びアクションプラン立案：　市場調査、販売戦略・アクションプラン確定、トラッキング
• キーアカウントマネジメント：　担当代理店、大手ユーザー

必要要件:

Required Experience: (mandatory for hiring)

• 営業経験（3年以上）
• 様々な製品分野での販売経験

Desirable Experience:

• 畜産分野における営業経験
• 迅速な知識習得能力
• 顧客ニーズ把握能力
• 高い説明能力
• ストレッチゴールを志向する態度
• 目標を達成する強い意欲

その他必須要件:

• 普通自動車免許
• PCスキル（Word/Excel/Power Point等。業務上支障ないレベル）
• 高いコミュニケーションスキル
• 採用決定後は仙台に配属（配属地域については面談時に応相談）し、将来的には全国転勤の可能性もあります
