About the Role
Join an early-stage mental health care company as an Account Executive focused on expanding access to therapy through school partnerships. You will own the sales process across New York, building relationships with school communities and helping connect students with care.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach through tailored presentations and closing partnerships.
Manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately 150 schools and build relationships with counselors, principals, and district administrators.
Adapt sales conversations to each school and stakeholder, and maintain organized follow-up and pipeline records in Salesforce.
Focus mornings on school outreach and meetings, then use afternoons for CRM updates, follow-ups, and planning.
Visit schools and attend district meetings or events, with travel of up to 25%.
Coordinate with Growth and Success on handoffs and retention, and share field insights with Product, Marketing, and leadership.
What We're Looking For
One to four years of full-cycle B2B sales experience at an early-stage startup, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling, and closing sales cycles within roughly two months.
Comfort selling to multiple stakeholders, building consensus, and leading with empathy and relationships.
Strong organization and experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, evolving environment.
Interest in youth mental health; experience with K-12 schools, districts, or education-adjacent buyers is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $90,000 to $100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid in New York, New York, with three days per week in the office and travel for school visits and events.
