About the Role
Own a product problem domain end to end at an education technology company using AI to support personalized learning. Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to shape strategy, deliver useful features, and improve learning outcomes.
What You'll Do
Set the product strategy and roadmap for your problem domain, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
Work closely with engineering and design to build and ship high-quality product experiences at a steady pace.
Collaborate with go-to-market partners and customers to understand needs and guide product decisions.
Use customer feedback and product outcomes to refine features and improve their impact.
What We're Looking For
Five to eight years of product management experience building complex software platforms with multiple features and user surfaces.
Experience owning customer-facing products in a startup or other fast-paced environment.
Track record of building or shipping AI/ML product features, such as LLM-powered tools, copilots, or agentic products.
Comfort working across AI/ML, data pipelines, frontend user experiences, backend systems, and workflow automation.
Strong product management focus, sustained ownership, and a record of growing responsibility.
Technical fluency, ideally supported by a computer science background or technical degree.
Interest in mission-driven work and improving educational outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $180,000 to $210,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
