About the role

About the Role

Join an early-stage healthcare technology team building AI-powered products for home health agencies. You will modernize legacy workflows within a new medical record system, helping care teams spend less time on administrative work and more time with patients.

What You'll Do

  • Talk with and shadow home health customers across intake, scheduling, billing, and documentation to identify their biggest pain points.

  • Build quick prototypes, including with AI tools, and demo them to users to gather feedback and iterate.

  • Work closely with engineering, translating customer insights into product direction and reviewing features from development through delivery.

  • Turn individual customer requests into scalable products and platform improvements for agencies.

  • Own outcomes such as adoption, usage, user satisfaction, and time saved, and share learnings regularly with company leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of product management experience, including at a Series A to D startup.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on full-stack software engineering experience before moving into product, with strong coding skills and a practical, first-principles approach.

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable strength in computer science fundamentals.

  • Experience building B2B SaaS products, especially workflow-heavy or operational products, or modernizing legacy platforms.

  • Healthcare, health technology, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience is valuable.

  • A track record of hands-on work, customer focus, and improving user experience, with time spent collaborating directly with both customers and engineers.
