Front Desk Receptionist

GTS Transportation is looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Burr Ridge headquarters. You’ll welcome visitors, answer phones, and support our office team. Many of our drivers and staff speak Russian, so fluency in Russian and English is required.

What You’ll Do

• Greet drivers, visitors, and vendors and direct them to the right person or department
• Answer and route phone calls, emails, and walk-in questions in Russian and English
• Keep the front desk and reception area organized and stocked
• Enter and update data in Excel and company systems
• Help with filing, scheduling, mail, and general office correspondence
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Russian and English, spoken and written (required)
• Comfortable with computers, including Excel and email
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy office
• Friendly, professional, and good with people
• Front desk, reception, or administrative experience preferred
• Trucking or logistics experience is a plus

Compensation
$50,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and skill set. Employees are eligible for a compensation review upon successful completion of the probationary period, with opportunity for an increase based on performance.
