About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Change Management Lead based in United States.

In this role, you will lead change management initiatives for client implementations of managed service provider (MSP) and vendor management system (VMS) programs. You will shape tailored adoption strategies, develop engaging training resources, and deliver clear communications that help clients, suppliers, and internal teams navigate change successfully. Working closely with implementation project managers, program operations, and technology teams, you will ensure stakeholders are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout each rollout. You will also guide program branding, identify adoption risks, and develop practical engagement activities that build trust and encourage sustained usage. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple client implementations and overlapping project timelines. This is a remote opportunity for a collaborative change management professional who enjoys improving user experiences and delivering measurable adoption outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Training development and delivery: Design, develop, and deliver tailored training strategies and resources, including SharePoint sites, intranet content, quick reference guides, job aids, presentations, and FAQs for client, supplier, and internal audiences.

  • Communications strategy and execution: Own communications planning across active implementations, establishing messaging, timelines, and delivery methods that align with project milestones and support successful adoption.

  • Stakeholder engagement and adoption: Map stakeholder groups, identify change champions and potential resistance, assess adoption risks, and develop client-specific engagement and rollout strategies.

  • Implementation and go-live readiness: Collaborate with Change Managers, Implementation Project Managers, Program Operations, and Technology teams to coordinate training, communications, project activities, and go-live preparation.

  • Program branding and positioning: Facilitate client discussions around program naming, visual identity, and messaging to create a trusted, accessible internal service experience.

  • Change enablement initiatives: Develop adoption activities such as office hours, champion networks, targeted follow-ups, and usage reminders to support engagement and long-term program utilization.

  • Feedback and continuous improvement: Gather feedback from clients and suppliers, refine training and communication materials, support change impact assessments, and identify opportunities to improve existing programs.

  • Content governance and management: Build and maintain reusable libraries of change management templates, branding frameworks, communications assets, presentations, and stakeholder engagement playbooks.

  • Quality assurance and delivery channels: Ensure materials meet brand, compliance, and enterprise messaging standards while managing content distribution and version control across SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, VMS portals, and email.

  • Performance measurement: Monitor adoption rates, active usage, training attendance and satisfaction, stakeholder engagement, and the timely delivery and quality of implementation materials.

  • Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in change management, training and instructional delivery, user experience or adoption strategy, or internal communications.

    • Experience in HR or procurement transformation, staffing, or MSP/VMS environments is preferred.

    • Practical knowledge of stakeholder mapping, user journey or experience mapping, change impact assessments, and adoption or engagement campaign development.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams, with the ability to create clear, visually engaging, user-friendly materials.

    • Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, branding, and messaging skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

    • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and deliverables across multiple simultaneous implementations.

    • A collaborative, adaptable approach to working with cross-functional teams and responding to different client needs.

    • Familiarity with Monday.com or comparable project management tools is an advantage.

    • Benefits

      • Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year.

      • Work arrangement: Remote position in the United States.

      • Professional impact: Opportunity to lead change management and adoption initiatives across client implementations and influence the end-user experience.

      • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders, suppliers, implementation teams, and technology and operations professionals.

      • Career development: Build expertise in change management, training, stakeholder engagement, and MSP/VMS program implementation.

      • Additional benefits: Healthcare coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, bonuses, and other employee perks were not specified in the provided job description and should be confirmed during the hiring process.
