  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules to guide implementation and validate expected outcomes.
  • Map current-state (AS IS) and future-state (TO BE) business processes using BPMN and Camunda, identifying bottlenecks, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
  • Analyze system integrations and technical specifications involving REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, event-driven architectures, and Kafka.
  • Review API payloads, define integration contracts, and collaborate with architects and developers to validate technical specifications and ensure interoperability between systems.
  • Query, validate, and analyze data stored in Oracle and MongoDB databases to support requirements validation, troubleshooting, and business decision-making.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies and delivery activities using Scrum and Kanban methodologies to ensure transparency, collaboration, and continuous progress.
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation using Jira and Confluence, keeping requirements, decisions, and specifications accessible and up to date.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively resolving ambiguities and ensuring that implemented solutions meet business needs.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Practical experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules that support clear and testable requirements.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling, including AS IS and TO BE workflows using BPMN.
  • Experience with Camunda or similar tools for business process automation and orchestration.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API documentation standards such as OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Experience with event-driven integrations and messaging technologies such as Kafka.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and investigation.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, particularly Oracle and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with backlog management, requirements refinement, prioritization, and agile delivery practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking, requirements management, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience contributing to projects involving financial products, digital onboarding, information security, fraud prevention, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex processes and translate them into clear requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: Experience in financial institutions, credit unions, or fintech companies; knowledge of integration architecture and microservices; familiarity with digital customer or member journeys; and experience with digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
  • Benefits:
