About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Web Designer — Landing Pages & Corporate Websites (PJ) based in Brazil.

Join a results-oriented team looking to strengthen its digital presence and generate qualified leads through high-performing landing pages and corporate websites. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain digital experiences for three distinct brands, ensuring each page is visually consistent, fast, responsive, and optimized for conversion. You will play a key role in the commercial funnel, connecting website visitors with lead-generation processes and CRM workflows. Your work will combine mobile-first UI/UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), analytics, technical SEO, and marketing automation integrations. You will use data to test and improve page performance while ensuring accurate lead attribution and compliance with applicable privacy and advertising requirements. This remote, project-based opportunity offers autonomy, ongoing projects, and the chance to see the direct impact of your work on business results.

Accountabilities

  • Design and build campaign-, offer-, and event-specific landing pages using a mobile-first approach.

  • Develop, redesign, and maintain corporate websites for three brands, ensuring each website reflects its distinct visual identity and business objectives.

  • Conduct A/B tests and continuously optimize page layouts, content, and user journeys based on conversion data and CRO best practices.

  • Integrate landing pages with GoHighLevel or an equivalent CRM and marketing automation platform, ensuring leads enter the correct pipelines and source fields are accurately populated.

  • Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure, including pixels, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), standardized UTM parameters, and conversion events.

  • Monitor and improve page speed, technical SEO, usability, and overall website performance.

  • Ensure compliance with cookie requirements, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and applicable advertising rules for legal services.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital properties and build a reusable library of design elements and components.

  • Document published pages, including relevant configurations, integrations, tracking setups, and implementation details.

  • Collaborate with commercial and marketing stakeholders to align website initiatives with campaign goals, lead-generation strategies, and business priorities.

  • Manage projects independently, coordinating deliverables and deadlines across multiple brands and requests.

  • Requirements

    • A portfolio featuring at least five published landing pages, with the ability to explain their conversion performance and the results achieved.

    • Strong proficiency with the GoHighLevel page builder or a comparable landing page platform, with willingness to transition to GoHighLevel if necessary.

    • Practical experience with mobile-first UI/UX design and responsive web experiences.

    • Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools, including pixels, Google Analytics 4, UTM parameters, and conversion events.

    • Basic knowledge of conversion-focused copywriting and the ability to structure pages around clear calls to action and user needs.

    • Ability to manage digital projects for three brands with different visual identities while maintaining consistency and quality.

    • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization, data-driven decision-making, and continuous testing.

    • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and accountability for end-to-end delivery.

    • Ability to work within an agreed scope, manage deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.

    • Relevant education in design, technology, marketing, or a related field is welcome.

    • Additional qualifications that will set you apart:

      • Previous experience designing websites or landing pages for law firms or other regulated industries.

      • Knowledge of Brazilian Bar Association advertising guidelines, particularly Provision 205/2021 of the OAB.

      • Experience with GoHighLevel AI Studio, WordPress, and technical SEO.

      • Proficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, and reusable design systems.

      • Benefits

        • Remote work: Work remotely with flexibility in organizing your schedule around agreed deliverables and deadlines.

        • Contractor arrangement: PJ (Brazilian legal entity) engagement, organized around defined project scopes and delivery milestones.

        • Competitive compensation: Remuneration to be agreed upon during the selection process.

        • Continuous project opportunities: Ongoing work across three brands, offering variety and continuity.

        • Autonomy: Freedom to organize your work and manage deliverables independently.

        • Commercial impact: Work closely with commercial stakeholders and see how your landing pages contribute to lead generation and business results.

        • Innovation-focused environment: Opportunities to work with technology, artificial intelligence, and evolving digital marketing practices.

        • Home-office assistance: Home-office allowance.
