Security Track Consultant

Service Delivery & Security Operations • Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Security Services. • Oversee 24x7 SOC operations including Logging & Monitoring, Incident Response, and Cyber Brand Protection. • Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and security governance requirements. • Drive continual service improvement initiatives across the security landscape. • Act as escalation point for Major Security Incidents (P1/P2). • Security Governance & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary security contact for customer leadership and internal stakeholders. • Conduct operational reviews, service reviews, and security governance meetings. • Present security posture, risks, trends, and recommendations to customer management. • Track risks, actions, and remediation activities to closure.
