Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR) is scaling world-class digital infrastructure across Ohio to power the demands of modern AI and cryptocurrency computing. Anchored by our fully operational 221 MW data center in Massillon, our expansion is accelerating with major new developments underway—including a 570 MW facility in Clarington and an additional 300 MW in Weathersfield Township following that. These flagship projects underscore Bitdeer’s long-term commitment to massive infrastructure growth, advanced energy utilization, and operational excellence throughout the state.

In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will take operational ownership of Bitdeer’s regional infrastructure assets, primarily based on-site at our upcoming Clarington facility during its development phase. You will support our active Massillon Data Center as operational demands dictate and step in to drive asset oversight in Weathersfield Township as construction begins. Working in lockstep with construction, operations, and finance teams—and guided by our Global Asset Management function—you will ensure our high-value energy and compute assets are built, capitalized, and run for peak performance.

What you will be responsible for

• Enforce Bitdeer’s asset control requirements on project and construction teams, and check compliance through regular site walk-downs and audits.

• Receive, inspect and secure capital equipment and high-value IT hardware on arrival; raise and follow up damage, shortage and overage claims.

• Tag and register assets correctly against the asset hierarchy, so they flow into the capital asset record.

• Run cycle counts, investigate variances and reconciliation.

• Apply export control handling requirements to controlled hardware, including screening checks and records, working with Legal and Internal Compliance teams.

• Make sure each project hands over cleanly to the site teams, checking the handover package against HQ documentation requirements and contract deliverables.

• Maintain accurate asset records for Finance to capitalize assets on time.

• Escalate non-compliance promptly to site leadership and Asset Management.

How you will stand out

• Around 5 years in inventory control, material control, warehousing or asset management, ideally including time on a construction, industrial or critical-facilities site.

• Hands-on experience running physical counts and reconciliations.

• Experience receiving and handling capital equipment or serialized assets.

• Working knowledge of an ERP, CMMS or WMS system (for example SAP, Oracle or Maximo) and good Excel skills.

• A careful, documented approach, and the confidence to hold others to a process.

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, and willingness to travel.

• Export control or trade compliance exposure.

• Data center or mission-critical infrastructure experience.

• Fixed asset accounting or audit support experience.

• Military or government property accountability background.
