We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Operations Manager to optimize how Product, Engineering, and Design teams collaborate, plan, prioritize, and deliver impactful software solutions. In this fully remote role, you will take ownership of the operating systems and processes that enable product teams to perform at their best. You will establish clear performance metrics, improve cross-functional visibility, and ensure launches are coordinated effectively across internal teams. By identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions, you will help accelerate delivery, strengthen accountability, and improve decision-making. You will also integrate AI-powered tools into everyday workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Accountabilities
Product Operations Strategy: Own and continuously improve the operating model for Product, Engineering, and Design, treating internal processes as products that require ongoing evaluation and optimization.
Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and maintain clear scorecards, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide leadership with reliable visibility into progress, priorities, delivery performance, and operational health.
Product Launch Readiness: Establish and manage launch-readiness processes to ensure Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders understand upcoming releases, product changes, timelines, and customer-facing implications before launch.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Strengthen collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success by clarifying responsibilities, improving communication, and addressing gaps in information sharing.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, recurring bottlenecks, and unnecessary complexity across product workflows, then implement scalable solutions that improve execution and reduce friction.
AI-Driven Productivity: Integrate AI tools into daily operations to streamline workflows, improve analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance team effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leaders and functional teams to influence operational decisions, facilitate difficult conversations, and drive adoption of improved processes.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing operational mechanisms, refine those that deliver value, and eliminate outdated processes that no longer support business objectives.
Requirements
Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in product operations, product management, business operations, program management, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology organization.
Operational Excellence: Proven ability to design, implement, and continuously improve processes that enhance collaboration, accountability, efficiency, and execution across cross-functional teams.
Product Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and how Product, Engineering, and Design teams plan, prioritize, build, and launch software.
Data and Analytical Skills: Ability to define meaningful KPIs, develop performance scorecards, interpret operational data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple departments, working effectively with senior leadership, and driving organizational change without relying solely on formal authority.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly, facilitate discussions, and address operational challenges constructively.
AI and Technology Proficiency: Practical experience using AI-powered tools to improve personal productivity, automate workflows, or strengthen operational processes, combined with a willingness to explore new technologies.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing sustainable solutions.
Adaptability and Ownership: Comfortable working in a fast-growing, fully remote environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and taking responsibility for improvements beyond narrowly defined job boundaries.
