About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Design Architect based in India.
We are seeking a talented Senior Design Architect to shape distinctive residential homes and community spaces that bring together architectural excellence, nature, and holistic well-being. In this hands-on senior individual contributor role, you will own the design direction from initial concepts through design development, translating creative ideas into thoughtful, buildable solutions. You will work on residential projects in the United States, including a nature-focused community in the Texas Hill Country, while contributing to future developments. Collaborating with architecture leads, BIM specialists, and U.S.-based consultants, you will balance aesthetics, site conditions, sustainability, and practical construction requirements. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of design decisions, establish standards, and present your vision directly to leadership. If you thrive in an autonomous, fast-moving, international environment and are passionate about creating healthier places to live, this role offers an exciting platform to make a lasting impact.
