About the role

Do you want to work at the core of CIB, where your insights directly influence key business decisions?

We are now looking for a proactive, curious and analytical Business Controller to strengthen our CIB Business Control team.

About the role

As a Business Controller within CIB Business Control, you will be part of the central team responsible for financial steering and performance follow-up across the division.

You will:

  • Provide insights through analysis, reporting and active dialogue with senior stakeholders

  • Support financial steering, target follow-up and performance evaluation across business areas and support functions

  • Contribute to client profitability analysis and business decision support

  • Take a proactive role in improving reporting, processes and analytical frameworks

  • Work closely with stakeholders across CIB, acting as a trusted partner in business decisions

    We believe you have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within banking/financial services
  • Experience from controlling, analysis or similar roles, with the ability to understand financial performance and translate data into relevant business insights
  • Previous hands-on experience with AI or automation is highly valued, but not a prerequisite
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working with financial institutes and how market developments impact clients, products and business performance 


    In addition:
  • You communicate fluently in English
  • You have high integrity and a service-minded, flexible approach
