About the role

Build fast, responsive, accessible web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Turn Figma designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI in close collaboration with designers
Build and maintain reusable components and design systems with Tailwind CSS and Storybook
Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and manage application state (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query)
Optimize performance through Core Web Vitals, code splitting, SSR/SSG, and caching strategies
Build AI-powered UI experiences such as chat interfaces, streaming responses, and AI-assisted workflows
Write unit, integration, and E2E tests with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright
Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in day-to-day work
Take part in code reviews, sprint planning, and estimation, and share your work in team and client demos

Requirements

2 to 4 years of professional frontend development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Hands-on production experience with React, plus working experience with Next.js (App Router)
Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS approaches, and responsive, mobile-first design
Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility
Experience consuming APIs and handling authentication flows (OAuth, JWT)
Comfortable with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development
Good testing habits and attention to detail in UI and UX quality
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to present your work, explain technical decisions, and collaborate with designers, product, and backend teams
Ownership mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take initiative on features
