Billing & Estimation - Lead

Role - Contracts, Cost & Estimation 

Experience - 12-18 years

• Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimates at project inception and design stages

• Draft, negotiate and finalise contractor / vendor agreements

• Manage running account (RA) bills, deductions, retentions and final settlements

• Benchmark construction costs against market and flag variances

• Maintain contract MIS and flag disputes / claims early

• Coordinate with PMC and site teams on billing milestones

• Cost variance: actual vs estimated BOQ (target <5%)

• Bill processing TAT (target ≤7 working days per RA bill)

• Contract award lead time vs project schedule

• Zero disputed bills pending >30 days

• Savings achieved through competitive tendering

  Skill Sets - 

• B.E. Civil Engineering; MRICS / QS qualification preferred

• Hands-on experience administering contracts worth ₹100–300 Cr+

• Prior experience with mid-size developer or reputed PMC firm

• South India construction market knowledge preferred
