Section Head CVRM

Lead Mechanical maintenance activities of CVRM, Coal Mill, HAG, Belt Conveyor, Reclaimer, Bucket Elevator, Coal Crusher for unit towards ensuring uninterrupted availability of machines at optimal cost with organizational budgets and guidelines.
Plant reliability and productivity :- Improve equipment availability and output capacity in TPH for critical machinery
Budget & Cost Control:- Prepare annual financial budget, monitor daily consumption and optimize inventory and spare parts cost.
Maintenance and shutdown Planning :- Direct preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance program as well as major plant overhauls and schedule shutdown.
Project and capex management:- Capex Projects, Debottlenecking initiatives and machinery erection and commissioning
EHS compliance:- Ensure implementation of Safety and environment standard.   
Monitoring of critical rotating equipment through vibration monitoring.
