Call Center Sales Associate

Responsibilities

Sales and Client Management

• Sell local and interstate relocation services.
• Address incoming sales leads via internet form fills, phone, text, and email.
• Receive and manage inbound telephone inquiries.
• Perform virtual surveys and set appointments for in-home surveys by other sales staff.
• Set follow-up steps and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Close sales at a profitable ratio.
• Coordinate with the external sales team.
• Develop new referral sources and foster client relationships.
• Provide client management and consultative selling.

Estimating, Quoting, and CRM Entry

• Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for relocation services using the company’s software.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure all quotes are competitive and meet company profitability standards.

Business Development

• Work from lists of prospects, such as Realtors, company contacts, universities, restoration companies, and others, to identify the right person to make referrals and/or buying decisions.
• Make connections via telephone and electronic communications.
• Set up appointments for sales staff and otherwise help to close business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Log business development activity in the company’s CRM software.

Requirements

• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Positive and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to become proficient in the company’s estimating and quoting software.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• BA degree or equivalent, or one year of related work experience.
