The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Recruiter. Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably withing a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels of the organization
- Partner with management to identify staffing needs, hiring priorities, and coordinate recruiting activities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via multiple recruitment channels
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation
- Respond to inquiries regarding staffing opportunities
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports
- Provide a high level of customer service
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting positions such as hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including word and excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
