Warehouse Operations Agent

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Warehouse Operations Agent to join our team in Aalsmeer and support the efficient movement of freight through our warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure inbound and outbound cargo is handled safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. You will take ownership of critical warehouse activities including receiving, loading, unloading, inventory handling, and shipment preparation. WHAT YOU WILL DO

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Receive goods from customers and suppliers by loading and unloading vehicles, verifying paperwork, weighing and measuring shipments, and reporting discrepancies or damages
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, hand jacks, and related equipment for cargo handling and palletization
• Load and unload trailers and ocean containers while minimizing damage and maintaining safety standards
• Prepare outbound freight by matching paperwork, labeling shipments, and supporting Unit Load Device (ULD) preparation
• Verify shipment counts and damages and accurately sign Bills of Lading
• Maintain the flow of materials and products throughout warehouse operations
• Stage cargo safely and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Support warehouse administration, inventory reporting, stock checks, picking, packing, and freight rework activities as needed
• Utilize warehouse booking-in documentation or Warehouse Management Systems where applicable
• Adhere to customer requirements, standard operating procedures, and quality standards

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Possess good physical stamina and coordination
• Previous warehouse/freight forwarder experience
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, reaching, and periodically lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to handle warehouse-related administration tasks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, Shipping Manifests, Delivery Orders, and related shipping documentation

Compensation Range

€33,200.00 - €52,700.00
