  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve recovery results, operational efficiency, and compliance standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure smooth account management and issue resolution.

What Is Required (Must Have)

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, legal support, paralegal services, vendor management, or related financial services operations.
  • Knowledge of debt collection regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
  • Experience working with external vendors, law firms, collection agencies, or other third-party business partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

What Would Be Nice to Have

  • Paralegal certification or legal support experience.
  • Experience working with collection attorney networks, debt buyers, collection agencies, or legal recovery operations.
  • Familiarity with creditors' rights, judgment enforcement, garnishments, and the complaint-to-judgment lifecycle.
  • Experience with legal tracking systems, collection software, agency management platforms, or attorney portals.
  • Understanding of judicial and non-judicial state collection processes.
  • Vendor performance management and scorecard experience.
  • Background in financial services, banking, lending, or recovery operations.
  • Experience conducting audits, invoice reviews, or compliance monitoring activities.
