- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ACH payments, including origination, posting, exceptions, returns, NOCs and settlement operations.
- 3+ years of experience managing product backlogs, writing epics, features and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria for technology delivery teams.
- 3+ years of experience applying NACHA operating rules and governance expectations to ACH processing, controls and product requirements.
- Experience collaborating with compliance and risk stakeholders on ACH controls related to Regulation E (Reg E), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements, fraud considerations and operational risk.
- Experience using operational and product metrics to prioritize enhancements, investigate defects and improve product reliability.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:

- Familiarity with API-based product ecosystems and tools such as Postman for workflow validation.
- Understanding of Originating Depository Financial Institution (ODFI) and Receiving Depository Financial Institution (RDFI) roles, Standard Entry Class (SEC) codes, prenotes, same-day ACH constraints and settlement risk considerations.
- Experience supporting go-to-market readiness through internal enablement, implementation guidance and product documentation.
