Field Supervisor - Polished Concrete & Resinous Flooring

Questmark is seeking an experienced, hands-on Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations for Resinous Flooring and/or Concrete Polishing projects.  Operating out of your local home office, you will oversee multiple field crews and subcontractors--ensuring every project is delivered safely, ontime, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Leadership & Oversight - Provide direct onsite supervision and coordination for multi-person crews and specialty subcontractors, from mobilization through closeout
• Scheduling & Execution - Develop, maintian, execute daily work shcedules, and to consistently meet project milestones in a fast-paced environment
• Quality & Safety Compliance - Enforce strict adherence to trade specification, OSHA safety protocols, and quality control procedures on all job sites
• Communication & Reporting - Host daily site meetings, track progress, and provide clear updates to Project Manaers, leadership and general contractors.
• Digital Documentation - Maintain complete job site logs including daily reports, site photos, safety audits, and quality inspection records using SiteDocs.
• Issue Resolution - Identify and resolve field challenges quickly while building positive, long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Trade Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Lead Foreman or Supervisor in Polished Concrete, Resinous
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
