About the Role

As a key leader in this transformation, you will help determine the most effective learning approach for each business need, whether that means developing an interactive digital module, a concise job aid, a short video, or resources that enable supervisors to coach employees directly.

The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with people leadership, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to balance quality, speed, and business impact in a fast-paced environment.
