WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Administer employee benefits programs in Brazil, including health, dental, life insurance, meal and food allowances, transportation benefits, and other applicable programs. 

• Manage benefits enrollments, changes, qualifying life events, and terminations, ensuring timely processing and accurate employee records. 

• Serve as a key point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing clear guidance and coordinating resolutions with vendors and internal teams. 

• Partner with benefits brokers, insurance providers, and other external partners to resolve service issues, validate transactions, and maintain consistent service delivery. 

• Collaborate with Payroll and People Operations to ensure accurate benefits information, deductions, reconciliations, and data integrity. 

• Support compliance with applicable Brazilian employment regulations, collective bargaining provisions where relevant, and internal policies, escalating complex matters for review. 

• Maintain benefits information in HRIS and related systems, assist with invoice validation and reporting, and prepare documentation for audits or periodic reviews. 

• Identify opportunities to simplify administration, improve employee communications, and introduce responsible automation while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate human oversight. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Relevant professional experience in employee benefits administration, ideally around 3–5 years, with demonstrated experience supporting benefits programs in Brazil. 

• Practical knowledge of Brazilian employee benefits, enrollment processes, vendor administration, and applicable compliance requirements. 

• Experience coordinating with benefits brokers, insurance carriers, or other employee benefits providers. 

• Ability to independently manage routine benefits transactions, employee inquiries, and vendor follow-up while recognizing when escalation is appropriate. 

• Experience using HRIS or benefits administration platforms to maintain accurate employee records and manage transactions. 

• Experience partnering with Payroll or HR Operations to resolve benefits-related data issues and reconcile deductions. 

• Fluent Portuguese and advanced professional English, including the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in a global team. 

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive employee information confidentially. 

AND IT'S GREAT TO HAVE 

• Experience supporting employee benefits within a multinational organization. 

• Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise HR systems. 

• Experience preparing benefits reports, validating vendor invoices, or supporting annual renewal activities. 

• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills, including reconciliations and data analysis. 

• Experience improving HR workflows through reporting, self-service tools, or automation.
