Responsibilities

This role leads the continuous-delivery effort for the team's field devices, building the pipeline that provisions them through Windows Autopilot and manages them with Microsoft Intune. The work makes device delivery automated and repeatable end to end: a device is provisioned hands-off via Autopilot, brought under Intune management, and kept in a known-good state through version-controlled configuration, automated validation, and continuous inventory and drift detection, so the team can confirm a deployment or fix actually landed across the fleet rather than assuming it. It drives the move off legacy manual imaging toward this Intune/Autopilot model, packaging applications for clean unattended installation, encoding configuration and security baselines as code, and standing up the CI/CD practices that let the whole delivery process run as software rather than as a person clicking through wizards, maturing each piece of the work from manual (React) through documented (Repeat) to fully automated (Automate) and Optimized. Hybrid work supporting occasional in-office lab work at our corporate location in Brentwood, TN.
