Manager, Quality

Nordson India is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function for its manufacturing operations in Bangalore.

This position will serve as the site quality leader and independent voice of the customer, with responsibility for supplier quality, incoming inspection, in-process quality, final inspection and testing, customer quality, and the effectiveness of the site Quality Management System.

The successful candidate will establish a prevention-focused and data-driven quality operating system that ensures product conformity, strengthens supplier and process capability, improves customer satisfaction, and reduces Cost of Poor Quality. The role will lead ISO 9001 compliance, quality audits, APQP and PPAP activities, PFMEA and Control Plan deployment, nonconformance management, corrective actions, customer complaint resolution, supplier development, and Zero Defect initiatives.
