Job Description

The Issuing Solutions Intern will support the team responsible for developing and delivering innovative payment solutions that help financial institutions enhance the cardholder experience, drive growth, and manage risk.

This internship offers exposure to the payments industry, product strategy, client engagement, market analysis, and business operations. The intern will work with cross-functional teams to help research industry trends, analyze business opportunities, and support initiatives that enable clients to deliver secure and seamless payment experiences.

The role is ideal for students who are curious about financial services, technology, data, product development, and how innovative payment solutions are brought to market.

What You'll Do

Business & Market Research

• Research trends in the payments, banking, and fintech industries.
• Support competitive analysis and market intelligence activities.
• Gather and summarize insights from industry reports, client feedback, and market developments.
• Help identify opportunities to improve products, services, and client experiences.

Product & Solutions Support

• Assist with product-related projects and initiatives.
• Support the documentation and tracking of business requirements, project updates, and key deliverables.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to discussions on client needs and market opportunities.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Summarize findings and provide recommendations based on data and research.
• Help monitor key performance metrics and client outcomes.

Collaboration & Project Support

• Work with teams across Product, Sales, Consulting, Client Services, and Strategy.
• Participate in project meetings and support follow-up activities.
• Assist with coordination, research, and communication for ongoing initiatives.
• Contribute ideas that help improve processes, products, and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date in December 2027 or summer 2028
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
