Safety Technician

POSITION SUMMARY
    负责工厂日常安全及消防管理，确保生产运营符合相关法律法规及公司安全要求，持续提升现场安全管理水平和风险防控能力。 
Responsible for site safety and fire protection activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements while driving continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.

ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    公司安全管理体系运行与持续改进，包括ISO45001、ISO14001及双重预防机制建设与维护。
Manage and continuously improve ISO45001, ISO14001, and risk management systems.

    消防安全管理，包括消防设施检查、消防档案管理、年度消防及电气检测、消防演练组织等工作。
Manage fire protection programs, inspections, maintenance coordination, and emergency drills.

    危险作业管理，包括动火、高处、受限空间、临时用电等作业许可及现场监督。 
Manage permit-to-work activities and supervise high-risk work, including hot work, work at height, confined space entry, and temporary electrical work.

    承包商安全管理，包括资质审核、安全培训、安全协议签署及施工过程监督。
Manage contractor safety programs and onsite safety compliance.

    特种设备及特种作业人员管理，包括设备定期检验、档案维护及员工持证管理。
Manage special equipment compliance and employee certification programs.

    应急预案编制、更新和演练组织，以及政府安全管理平台的数据维护和信息申报。
Coordinate emergency response programs and maintain government safety reporting systems.

    安全事故及未遂事件调查，推动纠正和预防措施落实。 
Incident and near-miss investigations and follow up corrective and preventive actions.

    组织员工、承包商及访客安全培训，开展安全宣传和安全文化活动。 
Conduct safety training for employees, contractors, and visitors, and support safety awareness initiatives.

    维护安全相关记录，支持客户审核、内部审核及政府监督检查。
Maintain safety documentation and support audits and regulatory inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:
    本科及以上学历，安全工程、工业工程或相关专业优先。 
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

    具有3年以上制造业安全管理相关工作经验。 
Minimum 3 years of safety-related experience in a manufacturing environment.

    熟悉中国安全生产及消防相关法律法规和管理要求。 
Familiar with Chinese workplace safety and fire protection laws, regulations, and management requirements.

    具备良好的沟通协调、执行及团队合作能力。 
Strong communication, coordination, execution, and teamwork skills.

    持有注册安全工程师或相关安全资格证书者优先。 
Registered Safety Engineer or other relevant safety certification is preferred.
