If you are a professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an appealing role for you! Based in Eger, Hungary, as a Quality Engineer you will be primarily responsible for the professional support of production in cooperation with partner departments. 
Location: Eger (on-site)
 
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support daily production activities, mainly in the automotive area, when quality intervention is required.

  • Leads the problem-solving team and ensure there are no obstacles

  • Act as quality representative in projects (product development, relocation, improvement,)

  • Coordinate product sampling-, and product audit processes

  • Conduct process audits

  • Supervise and control own quality KPIs

  • Maintain effective customer relationships

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Quality engineering

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in the automotive industry within a quality engineering environment.

  • Confident application of structured problem-solving methodologies (Ishikawa, 8D, FTA, etc.).

  • English knowledge – professional level; Hungarian knowledge - professional level

  • Team player, action orientated and driving results with practical attitude

  • Ability to work independently and accurately


 
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • VDA 6.3 process auditor qualification

  • Practical application of Six Sigma methodologies

  • Experience as a Functional Safety representative
