Main Responsibilities:

• Provide professional technical service for trouble shooting/new customer process set up to ensure smooth and trouble-free processes.
• Be responsible for technical center’s daily operation by complying with HSEQ, SOPs & compliance regulations, for example: 6S, technical center equipment upgrading/planning, chemical/consumable inventory etc.

• According to internal / external requests, plan and execute experiments (both hand and machine casting), generate testing report and evaluation results.
• Execute application development projects and programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Research and development work, provide and apply relevant information in a defined area of expertise to enable problem solving and further decisions.
• Check, maintain and calibrate the related equipment in lab and workshop to ensure a good condition and proper working.
• Follow standard procedures, provide manufacturing support for the new developed products, including process control & quality control etc. 
• Good communication and conflict management with internal and external partners/customers, especially under high pressure at customer site.

• Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)

1. University degree or above in chemistry area (Polymer or material science is preferred.)

2. At least 5 years experience in Chemistry/ polyurethane or other polymer related area. elastomer experience is preferred.

3. Substantial working experience in application development and chemistry research.
4. Communication: Interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal/external customers; capable to act efficiently in a complex and international environment.

5. Language: Fluent English & Mandarin
