A Different Kind of Clinical Environment
Stay close to the work. Our Program Directors (BCBAs) typically support 12–14 children and lead clinical teams of 7–12 RBTs, creating space for individualized clinical decisions, meaningful collaboration, and hands-on team development.
Learn from leaders invested in the field. Lead by our Chief Clinical Officer Courtney Tarbox and Director of Research Dr. Jonathan Tarbox, we bring research-informed thinking into clinical practice and provide opportunities to engage with developments in the field.

Clear Expectations. Meaningful Autonomy.
- 115 billable hours per month for full-time BCBAs
- $85K–$95K annual salary, depending on experience
- Up to $6K in clinical performance incentives
- Individualized clinical decision-making and collaboration with families, schools, and providers
