As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruitment Assistant partners with Recruiters/Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs, develop and implement proactive, innovative sourcing strategies for critical, difficult and visible vacancies. The Recruitment Assistant will strategically source active and passive talent, assess and select qualified talent to be referred as candidates for open searches including networking and cultivating a talent pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work in close partnership with members of the Talent team to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates for open positions

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed)

• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches)

• Develop and/or communicate referral and hiring incentive programs that are effective and engaging

Requirements

Position Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a closely related role

Other Qualifications:

• Basic working knowledge of the major functional areas of recruiting and staffing preferred
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience using sourcing and job-posting websites and channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, and social media outreach highly preferred
• Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders on staffing needs preferred
