Store Manager

SARKK SA, exclusive distribution representative of the Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein brands, is currently looking for: 

Store Manager, for our stores in Sofia.

• Provide exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards
• Arrange merchandise and maintain order in the store
• Focus on results and achieving the store's qualitative and quantitative goals
• Lead, motivate, and effectively manage the store personnel to boost morale and optimize productivity
• Ensure the timely and efficient implementation of all operational processes and company guidelines
• Create and manage monthly staff schedules

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for the fashion industry and a passion for sales
• Communicative character with a customer-oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and accountability
• Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
• 2+ years of management experience within the apparel or fashion industry
• Good knowledge of English
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with cash register systems is highly desirable
