· Working knowledge of quality-management systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or other standards relevant to the organization’s industry.

· Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, bills of material, inspection plans, test requirements, and configuration-control requirements.

· Experience with nonconformance management, material review, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and supplier corrective action requests (SCARs).

· Ability to develop and review quality plans, first-article inspection packages, inspection/test records, certificates of conformance, and traceability documentation.
