Growth Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS High Growth
About the role
About the Role
TeamDynamix is looking for a highly analytical, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to build and execute integrated marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth across three key areas: new logo acquisition, customer upsell and cross-sell, and channel marketing.
This is a hands-on demand generation role for a marketer who understands how to reach and influence B2B technology buyers, particularly IT decision-makers and the broader IT buying center. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building multi-channel campaigns for a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company, with direct accountability for pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and revenue outcomes.
You will develop and execute programs across email, webinars, trade shows, account-based marketing, digital campaigns, social selling, and partner marketing. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Expansion, Channel Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to identify growth opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and improve conversion throughout the buyer journey.
This is a newly created role with the opportunity to shape how TeamDynamix generates demand across prospects, existing customers, and channel partners. Success in this role will be measured by tangible business outcomes—not simply campaign activity or engagement.
This role requires prior experience at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company selling to IT buyers. Candidates must be able to demonstrate measurable marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
The role reports to the Senior Director of Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Logo Acquisition
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate new customer acquisition.
Refine and optimize ideal customer profile (ICP) targeting, audience segmentation, and buyer journey stages to improve campaign relevance and reach IT decision-makers and buying committees.
Own the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, digital marketing, social selling, and account-based marketing to drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
Coordinate with the Events Manager and Webinar/Virtual Events Manager to align event strategy, promotions, audience targeting, and follow-up campaigns with broader demand generation goals.
Build targeted campaigns for priority industries, account segments, and buyer personas.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize targeting, messaging, conversion rates, and channel mix to improve pipeline efficiency.
Partner with Sales to align campaign execution with prospecting priorities, follow-up strategies, and pipeline goals.
2. Customer Upsell and Cross-Sell
Build and execute demand generation programs that identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption of additional products and capabilities across the existing customer base.
Partner with Customer Expansion Sales to develop targeted campaigns based on customer segments, product adoption, whitespace opportunities, and expansion potential.
Develop segmented email campaigns, lifecycle programs, webinars, and account-based initiatives that generate qualified expansion opportunities.
Create campaigns that help existing customers understand the value of TeamDynamix's broader platform and motivate them to evaluate additional solutions.
Measure the impact of customer marketing programs on expansion pipeline, opportunity creation, cross-sell and upsell revenue, and conversion rates.
3. Channel and Partner Marketing
Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with channel partners to generate demand, source opportunities, and expand market reach.
Collaborate with Channel Sales and partner stakeholders to identify target audiences, align campaign objectives, and execute co-marketing programs.
Support partner webinars, events, email campaigns, digital promotions, and other demand generation initiatives.
Equip partners with campaign assets, messaging, and promotional resources that support lead generation and pipeline development.
Track partner campaign performance, lead generation, opportunity creation, and pipeline contribution to identify the most effective programs.
4. Campaign Execution and Integrated Marketing
Own campaigns from planning and audience segmentation through execution, lead management, performance analysis, and optimization.
Develop compelling campaign messaging and content in partnership with Product Marketing, ensuring relevance to IT buyers and business stakeholders.
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, vendors, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Apply AI tools to improve campaign planning, research, content development, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, maintaining a focus on programs that contribute to measurable business outcomes.
5. Measurement, Analytics, and Optimization
Establish campaign goals and success metrics before launch, with clear reporting on pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue impact.
Monitor and report on sourced and influenced pipeline, campaign ROI, cost per lead, cost per opportunity, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and pipeline velocity.
Measure customer expansion pipeline and revenue, new logo pipeline contribution, and channel-generated or partner-influenced opportunities.
Use CRM and marketing automation data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements.
Continuously test and optimize campaign audiences, messaging, offers, channels, and follow-up strategies.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign management.
Experience working at a B2B SaaS company that sells to IT buyers. Must understand how to market technology solutions to IT decision-makers, technical stakeholders, and enterprise buying committees.
Demonstrated success executing campaigns that generate measurable sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
Experience across at least two of the following areas: new logo demand generation, customer expansion marketing, and channel or partner marketing. Experience spanning all three is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, including email, webinars, trade shows, digital marketing, account-based marketing, or partner campaigns.
Experience building integrated campaigns from the ground up, including audience strategy, messaging, channel selection, execution, and performance reporting.
Proven ability to define campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and use data to improve marketing results.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to interpret campaign and pipeline performance data.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong writing and messaging skills, with the ability to develop and QA campaign content for IT audiences.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Partner Alliances teams.
AI-forward mindset, with practical examples of using AI tools to improve marketing execution, analysis, or productivity.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for conferences, trade shows, and company events.
A collaborative, adaptable, results-oriented mindset aligned with TeamDynamix's values.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing enterprise SaaS, IT service management, enterprise service management, workflow automation, or related technology solutions.
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Demandbase, Sendoso, Canva, Outreach, and Sprout Social.
Experience with webinar and virtual event platforms such as Zoom Webinars or Webex Events.
