Business Analyst – Accelerate Your Career with Grayce

Location: London OR North West England - separate client-based opportunities available in each region.
Salary: £29,500–£55,000, dependent on experience, technical capability and location

Take the next step in your Business Analysis career

Are you a Business Analyst with some hands-on experience, looking to build on your skills, work on exciting transformation projects and accelerate your career?

At Grayce, we're looking for ambitious Business Analysts with approximately 1–6 years of relevant experience who are ready to take the next step in their professional development.

Whether you've gained experience gathering requirements, improving business processes, supporting change initiatives or working with stakeholders to deliver solutions, we want to hear from you.

You'll join Grayce as a Business Consultant, working with some of the UK's leading organisations on meaningful business and technology transformation projects, while benefiting from structured development, professional qualifications and ongoing career support.

Our current opportunities are predominantly based in either London or the North West of England. You'll be considered for opportunities within your preferred region, rather than being expected to work across both locations.

About Grayce

Grayce specialises in delivering transformation through high-performing talent. For over a decade, we've partnered with some of the world's most ambitious organisations, developing and deploying exceptional people who make a real difference.

We believe that experience and potential go hand in hand. That's why we combine meaningful client assignments with our Accelerated Development Programme, helping ambitious professionals build on their existing capabilities and develop into highly skilled consultants.

When you join Grayce, you're not just joining a project. You're joining a community invested in your long-term career success.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Analyst at Grayce, you'll support the delivery of business change, digital transformation and process improvement initiatives within leading organisations.

Depending on your experience and client assignment, your responsibilities could include:

  • Business Requirements: Working with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Process Analysis & Improvement: Reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to enhance business performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with business teams, technical specialists and project stakeholders to understand challenges and support successful outcomes.
  • Change & Transformation: Contributing to business and technology change initiatives, helping organisations introduce new processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Data & Insights: Analysing business information, identifying trends and using evidence to support recommendations and decision-making.
  • Solution Delivery: Supporting testing, implementation and continuous improvement activities to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your responsibilities as your experience grows, supported by experienced colleagues, professional development and exposure to different business environments.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in individuals who have already gained some practical Business Analysis experience and are motivated to continue learning and progressing.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Approximately 1–6 years' experience in Business Analysis, business change, process improvement or a closely related role.
  • Experience supporting activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement or solution delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and communicate potential solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across different teams.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for developing your professional and technical capabilities.
  • An interest in working across different organisations, industries and transformation programmes.
  • The flexibility to work on-site with clients up to five days per week, depending on assignment requirements.
  • The right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship for at least 36 months from the date of application. Grayce does not hold a sponsorship licence.

You don't need to have mastered every aspect of Business Analysis. We're looking for people who can demonstrate a strong foundation, relevant practical experience and the motivation to develop into accomplished Business Analysts.

Experience with Agile delivery, business process modelling, user stories, UAT or tools such as Jira and Confluence would be beneficial, but we recognise that experience and exposure will vary.

Why Join Grayce?

At Grayce, we recognise that the early stages of your career are some of the most important for building confidence, developing specialist expertise and discovering where you want to take your career.

We offer the opportunity to combine real-world experience with structured development, helping you progress faster and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

What You'll Gain

  • Accelerated Career Development: Access to our Accelerated Development Programme, combining structured learning, professional qualifications and practical experience to help you advance your career.
  • Professional Qualifications: Opportunities to work towards industry-recognised accreditations and develop specialist Business Analysis and change management capabilities.
  • Exciting Client Opportunities: Work with leading organisations, including FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 businesses, contributing to meaningful change and transformation projects.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Ongoing support, guidance and development from experienced professionals invested in helping you achieve your career ambitions.
  • Career Progression: Opportunities to deepen your expertise, broaden your experience and take on greater responsibility as you develop.
  • Supportive Community: Join a people-focused organisation that values collaboration, inclusion, wellbeing and long-term career success.
