The Role:

Are you an FP&A professional who enjoys getting behind the numbers, challenging assumptions and understanding what really drives business performance?

We're looking for a commercially curious FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in shaping financial decisions across our iGaming business.

This isn't a role where you'll simply produce reports and move on. You'll work closely with commercial leaders, get exposure to the decisions that drive revenue and profitability, and help turn complex financial information into insights that make a real difference.

Working alongside our Senior FP&A Manager, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful analysis, build relationships across the business and develop your skills as a trusted commercial finance partner.

If you're analytical, proactive and ambitious to move beyond traditional FP&A into a more commercially influential role, this could be a great next step.

Your Impact:

  • Bring the numbers to life. Analyse revenue, profitability and key business performance drivers, going beyond reporting to uncover what's happening, why it matters and where opportunities exist.
  • Partner with the business. Work closely with commercial stakeholders across iGaming, building relationships, understanding their challenges and helping them make better-informed decisions.
  • Shape financial planning. Play an active role in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, developing models and scenarios that help the business anticipate risks, evaluate opportunities and plan for growth.
  • Turn analysis into action. Investigate performance trends and variances, challenge assumptions and translate complex financial data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
  • Support commercial decisions. Contribute to business cases, investment opportunities and strategic initiatives, helping stakeholders understand the financial implications and potential value of different options.
  • Make things better. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting and financial processes, using data, technology and automation to make financial information more accurate, accessible and valuable.
  • What You'll Bring:

  • Strong FP&A foundations. Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis, with a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
  • Commercial curiosity. You're naturally interested in how businesses operate, what drives revenue and profitability, and how financial insights can improve performance.
  • Analytical thinking. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to work through complex information, investigate problems and identify meaningful insights.
  • A business partnering mindset. You enjoy working with people outside Finance, asking questions, building relationships and helping others understand the story behind the numbers.
  • Ownership and initiative. You're proactive, comfortable taking responsibility and motivated to find answers rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  • Clear communication. You can explain financial information in a straightforward, engaging way and adapt your approach to different stakeholders.
  • Ambition to grow. You're driven, open to feedback and excited by the opportunity to develop your commercial judgement, confidence and stakeholder influence.
  • Relevant accounting or finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Why Legend?

  • Super smart colleagues to work alongside and learn from.
  • Engaging development opportunities at all levels.
  • Tailored flexibility for your work-life balance.
  • Annual discretionary bonus to reward your efforts.
  • Paid annual leave PLUS a well-deserved break to recharge your batteries during the festive season! Our offices are closed between Christmas and New Year's, allowing you to enjoy downtime without dipping into your annual allowance.
  • Exciting global Legend events, where we unite in person to ignite our shared passion and unveil the exciting strategies for the year ahead!

  • Unlock your full potential by joining the Legend team. To support you on this journey, we provide an extensive array of global benefits, alongside local perks.
