We're looking for an experienced people leader to join our Auckland Service Leadership Team as Field Service Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams, building strong customer relationships, and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will lead a team of skilled service technicians across West Auckland, empowering them to deliver exceptional service while contributing to the success of a well-established and respected organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact across people, customers, and business performance. You'll have the autonomy to lead your team, influence outcomes, and help shape the future direction of our service operation.

As Field Service Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced field technicians.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement and customer outcomes.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and achievement of service KPIs.
• Ensure outstanding customer experiences through proactive customer engagement and relationship management.
• Partner closely with Sales and Service leaders to strengthen customer retention and support business growth.
• Champion health, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the achievement of regional financial and operational objectives.

You’ll have the chance to learn our products, and this will give you the opportunity to progress in the business and the organisation. Crown product knowledge would be a real bonus, but we have heaps of great training materials, if you’re a willing learner!

This is a permanent, full time role, working Mondays to Fridays.

Industry or related experience is valuable, but we're equally interested in strong leaders who can bring fresh thinking and a passion for people leadership.
