Production Test Specialist - B shift

About the job:

Texas Instruments is looking for a Production Test Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting the operation's environment at test lab site. In test/probe environment operates various ATE equipment and device handler in performing functions such as qualification, characterization, reliability, wafer probe, and device sample processes. This also includes laser marking, package inspection, device changes and/or tool kits setup. You will interface and communicate with engineering and business units across the lab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to work with team members, lab technicians, and business unit engineers
• Collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Follow technical instructions outlined in ISA / Special Work Requests (SWR)
• Ensure that all documented information is correct and entered in a timely manner
• Record process observations and summary findings in the ISA/SWR reports
• Perform equipment setups
• Follow established lab specifications and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to follow standardized work directions
• 2 yrs of related work experience
