This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Promotor(a) de Merchandising - Salto/SP based in Brazil.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven merchandising professional to strengthen product visibility and drive sales across retail stores in the Salto, São Paulo region. In this role, you will represent leading consumer brands at points of sale, ensuring products are available, correctly displayed, and attractively presented. You will manage shelf organization, product assortment, pricing, stock monitoring, promotional displays, and in-store campaigns. Working directly with retail teams, you will identify opportunities to improve product placement and maximize sales performance. This position combines field execution, customer relationship building, and commercial awareness in a dynamic retail environment. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, achieving goals, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

• Visit assigned retail stores according to the agreed route and planning schedule, maintaining strong relationships with store teams and customers.

• Ensure products are properly stocked, organized, and displayed according to established merchandising standards and planograms.

• Monitor shelf availability, product assortment, inventory levels, and replenishment needs to help prevent out-of-stock situations.

• Check product pricing and ensure that promotional materials and price labels are accurate and up to date.

• Set up additional displays, promotional stands, and in-store campaigns to increase product visibility and encourage purchases.

• Identify the most effective product placement opportunities within stores and optimize the use of point-of-sale materials.

• Monitor merchandising execution and field performance indicators, working toward established targets and annual objectives.

• Complete required administrative activities, communicate store updates, and report relevant market observations and opportunities.

• Use digital communication tools to coordinate activities, share information, and support effective execution across assigned locations.

• Maintain a customer-focused approach, helping position the represented brands as preferred choices for retail partners.

Requirements

• Completed high school education.

• Previous experience in merchandising, sales promotion, or retail operations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence interacting with store personnel and retail customers.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Teams.

• Comfort using technology and digital tools to manage information and complete daily tasks.

• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan store visits, prioritize activities, and respond to urgent needs.

• Strong attention to detail, logical and mathematical reasoning, and the ability to interpret written instructions.

• Proactive, adaptable, and energetic approach, with creativity and a collaborative mindset.

• Motivation to achieve sales and merchandising targets, take ownership of responsibilities, and work effectively in a retail environment.

• Willingness to work fully on-site in the field and travel between assigned stores in the Salto, São Paulo region.
