For Season 2027, we are looking for a reliable and professional Driver to join the Mar-Bella Collection Operations team in Corfu.

The Role

As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable and timely transportation of our team members between the hotels and staff accommodation, according to the daily transportation schedule.

With professionalism, consistency and a strong focus on safety, you will contribute to the smooth daily operation of our hotels and to a positive experience for our team members.

A Day in the Job

Safe and reliable transportation plays an important role in the day-to-day operation of our hotels.

Here’s what a typical day could look like:

• You carry out scheduled staff transfers between the hotels and staff accommodation.
• You follow designated routes and transportation schedules consistently and on time.
• You drive safely and responsibly, in accordance with road traffic regulations and company procedures.
• You perform basic vehicle safety checks before starting scheduled routes.
• You ensure that the vehicle remains clean, safe and in good operating condition.
• You promptly report any technical issues, maintenance requirements or incidents involving the vehicle or scheduled route.
• You work closely with the Operations team and relevant departments to ensure the smooth coordination of staff transportation.
• You respond flexibly to schedule adjustments when operational needs require it.
• Above all, you demonstrate responsibility, professionalism and respect towards the colleagues you transport.

Requirements

Essential qualifications:

• Valid Category D driving licence.
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC / ΠΕΙ).
• Valid digital tachograph driver card, where required.
• Previous professional driving experience.
• Strong commitment to road safety and responsible driving.
• Reliability, punctuality and good time-management skills.
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work shifts and flexibility regarding working hours.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

• Previous experience in a hotel, tourism or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of the Corfu road network.
• Basic knowledge of English.
