Where You’ll Work

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in London with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Why This Role Matters

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real business value — directly influencing revenue by helping customers see how Litera’s solutions solve their most pressing challenges. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, you’ll shape how buyers experience our platform from first conversation to signed deal. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to translate complexity into clarity drives deal conversion and customer confidence. What You’ll Deliver

• Drive deal conversion by leading a customer-centric demonstration strategy that builds buyer confidence and accelerates pipeline velocity.
• Own the full pre-sales journey — from initial demo through Proof of Concept — delivering a seamless, high-impact evaluation experience.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, value-driven narratives tailored to C-suite executives, influencers, and end users.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape customer experiences that differentiate Litera in the market.
• Continuously sharpen demo effectiveness, messaging, and engagement by building deep market, product, and customer insight.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to post-sale delivery, setting customers up for long-term success from day one.
• Develop and leverage authentic customer stories that strengthen Litera’s credibility and accelerate new opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar pre-sales role

Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-layered decision-making processes Demonstrated credibility as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders within large, global organizations

Strong interest in learning and evangelizing technology solutions that address complex business challenges

•          Highly organized with a collaborative mindset and a strong bias for execution

•          Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Azure, and AI-driven tools

Nice to Haves:

•          Experience in the legal technology or professional services industry

•          Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales cycles and procurement processes

•          Track record of supporting complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles exceeding six figures

•          Experience with demo automation tools or interactive product experience platforms
