Important: Resources must work from Alpharetta, GA in a 5 Days onsite set up.

Required Skills:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) with 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Scoped/Custom Applications.
Strong ServiceNow development experience including scripting, integrations, and platform customization.
Solid understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Knowledge Management, Workspace, Platform Analytics/Data Visualization, and Virtual Agent.
Proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations.
Strong troubleshooting skills across both familiar and unfamiliar ServiceNow platform areas.
Experience conducting code reviews and adhering to development best practices for performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI, and other GenAI coding assistants.
Working knowledge of Python and AWS.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
