Senior Full Stack Engineer - Web & iOS - USA

Job Role Overview 

AutoRABIT is hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers with demonstrated experience building both enterprise web applications and native iOS mobile applications. 

You will help develop a new product that automates the software delivery lifecycle for Salesforce teams. The platform connects customer Salesforce organizations, source control systems, and issue trackers to plan, build, validate, and deploy changes through a governed pipeline. AI agents perform delivery tasks within controls designed to ensure secure and reliable software releases. 

Our technology stack includes Java and Spring Boot backend services, an Angular and TypeScript web application, Python services supporting automation and AI agents, and native iOS mobile development. 

This is a true full stack engineering role requiring hands on experience across backend services, web applications, and iOS mobile development. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple technologies, writing production code, and using AI coding tools as part of their daily development workflow. 

Responsibilities:

Full Stack & Backend Development 

• Design, build, test, and deploy features across backend services, web applications, and mobile experiences. 

• Develop secure, scalable, multi tenant backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. 

• Build responsive, accessible web applications using Angular and TypeScript. 

• Develop and maintain REST APIs that support web and mobile applications. 

• Extend Python services supporting delivery automation and AI powered workflows. 

• Design and evolve APIs using OpenAPI specifications and generated client integrations. 

• Ensure security, performance, reliability, and tenant data isolation across the platform. 

iOS Mobile Development 

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and modern iOS development frameworks. 

• Build intuitive, responsive, and reliable mobile experiences that integrate with AutoRABIT's backend services. 

• Develop mobile interfaces using SwiftUI and established iOS architecture patterns. 

• Integrate iOS applications with REST APIs, authentication services, and enterprise systems. 

• Implement secure mobile authentication, session management, and data handling. 

• Troubleshoot mobile application performance, compatibility, and reliability issues. 

• Participate in mobile testing, debugging, deployment, and App Store release processes. 

• Ensure consistency and functionality across web and mobile user experiences. 

AI & Automation 

• Contribute to AI powered automation supporting software development and delivery workflows. 

• Work with Python services and AI agent integrations that automate development tasks. 

• Use AI assisted coding tools to improve productivity while maintaining engineering quality. 

• Evaluate AI generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability. 

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify AI enabled product opportunities. 

Engineering Quality & Collaboration 

• Build integrations with Salesforce, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Slack, and other enterprise platforms. 

• Implement secure authentication, authorization, encryption, and credential management. 

• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end to end tests. 

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker based builds, and AWS deployments. 

• Troubleshoot production issues across backend, web, and mobile applications. 

• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering standards. 

• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams. 

• Follow established security, compliance, and software development practices. 

Required Experience & Skills 

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications. 

• Demonstrated professional experience developing and releasing native iOS mobile applications. 

• Strong hands on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode, and the iOS development lifecycle. 

• Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs, authentication systems, and backend services. 

• Strong Java development experience using Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST APIs, and modern enterprise development practices. 

• Strong Angular and TypeScript experience building modern web applications. 

• Working proficiency in Python, including maintaining and extending existing Python services. 

• Experience with Python testing and API frameworks such as pytest, FastAPI, and Pydantic. 

• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, database design, migrations, indexing, and query optimization. 

• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs using OpenAPI specifications. 

• Understanding of secure application development, authentication, authorization, and data protection. 

• Experience with automated testing across backend, web, and mobile applications. 

• Familiarity with Docker, AWS cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows. 

• Hands on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor as part of regular software development. 

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments. 

• Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 

Nice to Have Skills 

• Experience developing software within the Salesforce ecosystem. 

• Experience building enterprise mobile applications or mobile experiences for SaaS platforms. 

• Experience with UIKit alongside SwiftUI. 

• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD, automated iOS testing, and App Store Connect. 

• Experience with push notifications, secure local storage, or mobile offline capabilities. 

• Experience with AI and LLM engineering, including agent frameworks, API integrations, tool use, Model Context Protocol, or prompt engineering. 

• Experience developing applications in highly regulated or security sensitive environments. 

Compensation
$150,000 - $170,000 depending on experience.
