Mid-level Software Engineer (Full Stack & Mobile) - Indaiatuba/SP

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team at the Regional Office in Indaiatuba, SP. You will transform business requirements into scalable architectures, developing robust backends, resilient REST APIs, and cutting-edge mobile applications. Collaborating directly with global Product Managers and cross-functional teams, you will independently drive features from technical discovery to production. Main Responsibilities

Build and Deliver 

• Develop business applications and digital solutions. 
• Deliver enhancements and new capabilities. 
• Participate in solution design discussions. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

Enterprise Platforms 

• Configure and extend enterprise platforms. 
• Support application lifecycle activities. 
• Participate in upgrades and modernization efforts. 
• Ensure platform stability and reliability.

API & Integration Engineering 

• Design and develop integrations. 
• Build secure and maintainable APIs. 
• Support enterprise integration patterns. 
• Improve interoperability across systems.

Mobile Engineering 

• Develop and maintain mobile applications. 
• Support Android and Flutter-based solutions. 
• Improve user experience and application performance.

Cloud & Automation 

• Leverage cloud services and platform capabilities. 
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines. 
• Implement automation opportunities. 
• Support observability and monitoring practices.

AI & Innovation 

• Utilize AI-assisted engineering practices. 
• Contribute to intelligent automation initiatives.
• Explore AI-enabled business solutions responsibly. 

Skills You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent discipline;
• Advanced English;
• Experience in software development, including hands-on work with a server-side language such as Python and a modern front-end framework such Flutter or any similar framework;
• Experience developing or consuming REST APIs and working with relational or non-relational databases;
• Working knowledge of cloud services and automated deployment pipelines;
• Working knowledge of unit testing, secure coding, version control, and CI/CD practices;
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and experience using AI-enabled development tools or integrating an AI service into an application;
• Ability to break down defined problems, communicate progress and blockers, and collaborate with stakeholders and engineers;
• Curiosity, learning agility, and a disciplined approach to experimentation;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site in Indaiatuba/SP). 

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with workflow automation, low-code orchestration, or enterprise system integrations;
• Experience with PL/SQL development or foundational understanding of this language;
• Experience with prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, AI evaluation, or responsible AI practices;
• Understanding of Product Management, discovery techniques, or service design;
• Experience with test automation and observability.
