Facilitate proactive mitigation planning, escalation processes, and cross‑team coordination to minimise delivery disruption.
Monitor systemic risks and recurring patterns, providing recommendations for structural improvements.
Governance Forums & Stakeholder Alignment
Support and coordinate governance forums, including steering committees, portfolio reviews, and delivery assurance meetings.
Ensure agendas, materials, minutes, and follow‑ups are professionally managed and aligned to decision‑making needs.
Serve as a key liaison between delivery teams and the Portfolio CoE, ensuring bi‑directional alignment and adherence to enterprise governance standards.
Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement across delivery governance practices by identifying areas for simplification, automation, or process enhancement.
Facilitate lessons‑learned sessions, retrospectives, and best‑practice sharing across product and delivery teams.
Recommend and embed improvements that increase transparency, efficiency, and predictability in delivery execution.
