About the Role
Own end-to-end marketing for an AI platform serving the hospitality sector. This hands-on role combines product marketing and demand generation, using AI-enabled workflows to scale marketing programs.
What You'll Do
Develop positioning and messaging, and build marketing site content including segment-specific solutions pages.
Create videos, use cases, webinars, blog content, and case studies that communicate product value.
Analyze competitors and conduct market research across hospitality and the broader AI landscape.
Develop marketing assets and experiment with newsletters, podcasts, and influencer partnerships.
Plan field marketing campaigns, including local activations, events, conferences, and relationship-building dinners.
Develop and amplify executive thought leadership across LinkedIn and other channels.
Direct and optimize paid advertising campaigns, signup funnels, and lead-generation programs.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or AI company, with end-to-end campaign ownership.
Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, conversion measurement, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
Experience across inbound marketing, including SEO, content, and social, as well as outbound, events, and field marketing.
Strong positioning and messaging skills for technical or complex products, plus experience producing content such as blog posts, video scripts, and use cases.
Experience planning webinars or in-person campaigns, conducting competitive research, and running concurrent experiments at a fast-growing company.
Ability to work with marketing design tools or collaborate effectively with designers. Hospitality experience is not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $150,000 to $240,000 annually, plus 0.20% to 0.75% equity. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) match. Visa sponsorship is not available.
