Founded in 2011 by Brooklyn-raised Medical Director Dr. Courtney Perry, our hospital provides wellness and preventive care, dentistry, surgery, in-house diagnostics, senior care, and treatment for illness and injury. Our doctors, LVTs, assistants, and client-service teammates share a commitment to kind, honest care in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We treat pets like our own and build relationships that keep local families coming back!

PAWSitive sits on Church Avenue in Brooklyn, just south of Prospect Park, where tree-lined streets meet a lively mix of cafés, restaurants, small businesses, and neighbors walking their dogs. Before a shift, grab coffee nearby; afterward, unwind on a park path, explore Ditmas Park, or connect to the wider New York City metro area by subway. The practice is rooted in this community and that local perspective shapes the warm, familiar experience clients value. For candidates searching for a veterinary technician career in Brooklyn, this role offers meaningful medicine and a neighborhood that quickly feels like home.

If you are a veterinary technician who wants to use your full skill set, deepen your surgical expertise, and grow alongside a close-knit team, we would love to meet you.
